Is there a method to get an accurate estimate from dividing millions from thousands (eg. 2,434,086 x 5,451)

I think you can just use scientific notation. There's a specific answer but you can just get it when you manually solved that problem. If i'm not mistaken, calculators even scientific can't handle numerous numbers like that.
