EXERCISE. Exercise and diet is important, dude, very important. 70% diet and 30% exercise.. This is all true. And when I say diet, it doesnt mean you have to starve yourself, it means, you gotta lessen what you eat everyday. I know you already heard this many times, but trust me it actually works.
