Answer:

1. An ecosystem is an environmental area where people, plants, animals, and microorganisms with appropriate climatic conditions work together to sustain life. An example of a diverse ecosystem includes oceans, forests, deserts, grasslands, and wetlands.

2. Tropical Rainforest are woodlands composed mostly of all tall trees and extensive foliage cover. Tropical Rainforests are often called the "lungs of the Earth" because they generally draw in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen.

3. The major parts of the Rainforest are canopy, subcanopy, understory, and the floor forest. A canopy is defined as the uppermost trees or branches of the trees, in a forest, forming a more or less continous layer of foliage. Subcanopy is made of seedlings that will grow to canopy if light is available and a few shade specialists. Understory is the underlying layer of vegetation in a forest or wooded area, especially the trees and shrubs growing between the forest canopy and the canopy floor. The floor forest has a thin layer of fallen leaves and branches as well are scattered seeds and fruits that some animals gather and eat.

4. Coral reefs are also one of the most biologically divere ecosystem on earth. They are mostly found in shallow tropical seas. They important to marine lives because of its great diversity, competion may arise among the organisms in the coral reefs as the compete over food and space.

5. The different types of coral reefs are: Fringing reefs, barrier reefs, and atolls. Fringing reefs are underwater stands of living coral animals that grow fairly close to the shore. Barrier reefs occur farther offshore and are seperated from the shoreline by channels called lagoons. Atolls are roughly circular reef systems that surround a deep or
