The reason is due to many factors. Though the topic I'd like to bring to light is money. The concept of money is quite simple. The more there are, the less it's value. Poverty is a result of a financial hierarchy. If people are all of equal wealth; money would be worthless. The way the government handles these issues vary from country. In the Philippines, there are many programs to lessen poverty and to make the PH a financially healthier country. But we cannot say that it's easy. We ARE in a third-world country after all. But, with sound choices from our leaders, blooming industries and programs, we might be able to lessen the degree of poverty people are experiencing today.
