The two numbers are
25 and 45 and the ratio is 25 : 45

Other formula:

3 : 5    = 3 x 10 : 5 x 10
3 : 5    = 30       : 50
3 : 5    = 3         : 5 
30 : 50 = 30 / 50
30 : 50 = 30 - 5 / 50 - 5
30 : 50 = 25 / 45
3 : 5    =  25 / 45
3 : 5    = 3 : 5

So therefore, the answer is 25 and 45
