1.positive numbers ( all positive number like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and so on)
2.negative numbers ( all negative numbers like -1,-2,-3,-4,-5,-6,-7,-8,-9 and so on)

Yes, because the counting nos. are the positive nos. 
The integers include the signed nos. Both positive and negative.
