My experience as I grow up in a school is very outstanding. The evidence is clear that when teachers and students enjoy school, everyone does better. Happier children learn better and healthier and happier teachers appear to teach better. A school is ground to train students to be better citizens of the community and it is fair to say that schools should have a healthy environment to promote good advocacies.
