Procedure 1. Make a sanitizing solution and store it in an empty gallon. Label the solution properly. 2. Prepare the utensils and kitchen tools to be sanitized (at least 10). 3. Clean and remove the dirt from the kitchen tools and utensils with soap 4. After washing, disinfect tools and utensils using the sanitizing solution. 5.
