In my own opinion, I think Skinner's Theory which focuses on reward and punishment is effective as it alters the people's mindset unto doing something. For instance is when an individual observed an incentive or being recognized (reward), or being penalized from wrongdoings (punishment) from an action. This act as a stimuli that pushes him/her to alter and improve his/her action or behavior intended to have a positive reinforcement.
