For me it means that everyday we have problems that we should face. So, conquering this problems are so tough and sometimes it makes us cry. Every problem we face we get stronger and stronger until we grow old. So live longer, live stronger..
For me, if I have problem i don't have to commit suicide coz its not definitely not the answer. so in order to live stronger, its the feeling when you have conquered a problem.
