Meaning of A gentleman can see a question from all sides without bias. The small man is biased and can see a question from only one side. Answer this pleasee. i really need it now

A small man would only be able to see a problem from a certain perspective, smallness here referring to the inability or reluctance to utilize different perspective. A gentleman on the other hand would have no trouble seeing a problem from many different perspectives and to consider it as such.
