You will multiply the first term and the last term
you will find the factor pairs of the product
if you found the factor pairs, try to add them if they are the same with the second term
if so, put the factor pairs to where the second term is put
put them in parenthesis by two terms
factor out each pair
the answer is the gcf of the pairs and the factors of the gcf
