According to Katie Carone (2010), the FITT principles are exercise prescriptions that aid participants to better understand how long and how hard they should exercise. Based on my understanding, two case scenarios could happen. It's either you underexercise or overexercise. Having insufficient exercise, especially if paired with overeating can lead to obesity. Or you may not achieve your desired outcomes at all since you didn't follow the prescribed exercise plan that corresponds/fits your body type. Contrarily, overexertion may result in physical injuries/straining your body. (opinion ko lang po hehe)
