The Mabini Family has been trying to eat healthy meals for a very long time but finds it

difficult in keeping it up. Mr. and Mrs.Mabini work long

hours at the hospital and feel exhausted when they arrive

home. It is difficult for the family to cook nutritious food

After a month, everybody was shocked when a pandemic was declared due to a

spreading disease brought by a virus – the coronavirus. It is an infectious disease causes the

acute respiratory syndrome. The new strain of the virus was first detected in Wuhan, China in

2019. Mr. and Mrs. Mabini started to worry about their children’s health. They know that they

have not given their children enough nutrition from healthy foods that will build strong immune

system. They also lack physical activities that will make their bodies healthy.
