Quadratic Equation is an equation of the second degree and takes the standard form Ax² + Bx + C = 0.

Example: 
    2x² + 3x +9 = 0
    5y² -9y + 22 = 0
    x² + 10x -1 = 22

Quadratic equation- is an equation in which the highest power of the unknown is the square and it's standard form is Ax squared+Bx+C=0

Example:
X squared+7x+12=0  the factors are (x+3) (x+4).
2x squared+21x+49=0  the factors are (2x+7) (x-1)
4r squared+20r+25=0 the factors are 2 (2r squared+10r+s)
