Actually, it is a "must" to speak in English.
A lot of opportunities will open up to you once you are well-versed in the English Language. Job Interviews are a lot easier. There are even the simplest of jobs that lets one translate from Tagalog to English. But in the end, speaking in English will train us to become world-competent students or professionals.
