1. wear a lab coat.
2. don't taste chemicals because some of the chemical we use in laboratory is DEFINITELY HARMFUL even in small amounts.
3. perform only those experiment that is approved by your instructor
4. if the chemical spilled in your skin wash it immediately and report to your instructor
5. know the location of safety equipments like first aid, shower etc.
