How to solve quadratic equations x²+6h=16

x²+6h=16x²+6h-16=16-16x²+6h-16=0Using factoring process,

(x+8) (8-2)

(x+8)=0
X sub 1= -8

(x-2)=0
X sub 2 = 2


I cant use the long method because, I don't know how to put the roots here lel
