The innercore of the earth’s crust is the innermost part and is primarily solid in form, made of metal. It is the hottest part of the earth and is believed to be just as hot as the sun’s surface.
The outercore of the earth’s crust is next to mantle, but, this part is liquid in form. The outercore is sometimes called the “liquid core”. It is believed that this core is made up of liquid metal. Sulfur and oxygen could also be present in this part of the earth.
