what happen when you flicked the cardboard

it will not move because of the friction untill the cardboard was upside down then the gravitational force pull the coin downwards to the glass.

THE CARDBOARD WILL GONNA SPLASHING BUT THE COIN IS NOT CHANGE IN POSITION AND NOT MOVED!!!!
