As a school janitor, you have the access to every rooms in the school. If you catch a child bullying someone, try to disrupt the fight. If the conflict didn't stop, then you have the right to go to the faculty room to report it to the teachers. You see, just because you're a school janitor doesn't mean you get to do nothing.
