I highly disagree about this because there are a lot of innocent people who did nothing wrong but still get killed because of just wrong thoughts and for those people who are killed because they did a crime I believe all people deserve 2nd chances and I believe there's a better way on handling this. After all another Crime is still not a solution of a Crime. We should still spare life of people because I believe they will change if we will just try to understand and accept them.
