In order not to be affected by discrimination, one must bear in mind that everyone is created equal. No one is superior and no one is inferior. Everyone has the given enough ability to nourish his/her skills and talents besides no one gets descriminated if no one accepts and acknowledges discrimination. Discrimination is a subjective matter, one can always choose to get discriminated or stand with heads high and shrug it all off.
