Activity 1: Directions: Read the comic strip below. Create a title and write it on the title line. Then rewrite it as a brief story to show that you have understood what is going on. In a comic strip, pictures and the words work together to tell the story. If the pictures were removed, the story would be lost. This is very different from stories that hold up whether they have pictures or not.
