Health professionals that offer traditional, alternative or complementary medicines are not present in a lot of rural municipalities in the country because of variety of reasons and circumstances. The reason could be a personal choice to work to an area closer to home, or a mere act of following appointment orders from the top management. Another reason could be, is that there are no enough health professionals to be distributed in rural municipalities.
