She/They pronouns can be used by any one. Attraction is not connected to any pronoun. You can use she/they like this:
She is very beautiful. They are also nice.
When a person uses this pronoun, it is okay to address them as She/Her but it is advisable to use both She and They in the same sentence since they are comfortable with it.
