It is important because to know coping skills and to be able to manage loss or grief is crucial for one individual to be able to live normally with still closely feeling the longingness for one person. it guides us to be able to move on and become stronger for that person we have lost to show them and to ourselves that we are affected by their death or them leaving but I can also live my life and rise victoriously with our without that person or people in my life.
