1) I will make them realize that it is not right to treat someone that has a perfect status and having gratuitous statements because of it. Judging it doesn't make the situation more appealing. It is not easy to be a person who is always being treated like a trash and unfairly by other people. They must realize this and change their minds and viewpoints towards that transfer student.
2) I would probably respond something that involves equality just to avoid a problem between us two siblings. If she wants to have the money instead of me, I should seemingly not agree to it because I was the one whom our parents left it with. This can be a very good practice for me as a younger sister to be a responsible individual and can have some good experiences. By choosing the best snacks, I would prefer doing on our own likings than agruing on what snacks should be bought because we have different taste on things.
