I've experienced this in my school where we rarely get to use chemical tools for example is the beaker, and so on. There are times that we are often use PC computer. From all of that, every teacher's reason is that they are afraid if THAT specific object will damage or break because it is from the DepED. So, that pathetic reason is not appropriate because WE students wanted to learn something. WE students learn easily when we are doing 'Hand on'.
Example, without having a phone or even a laptop, can we even learn how to use it? No, because we never get to touch it or Hands on to that object.
