Picture no. 3 because of pandemic through this day we are limited to go outside. So we forget that we need to take care of our health and to keep it healthy especially during pandemic.
We need to keep our body healthy by doing light exercise or whatever exercises that we want. We can have a workout routine from Monday to Friday and in Saturday and Sunday we can rest.
Never forget to keep you body healthy and strong because this days we need to be protected through the virus.
