Yes. It is very important that I will Maintain a healthy weight for my  health.  It helps a lot to control any disease starting from  lowering the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure, it can also lower the risk of many different cancers

  • Being healthy  keeps me in helping  to lower the risk for developing health problems, it helps me feel good about myself and gives you more energy to enjoy life.
