A typhoon is rain falling down stronger than before and more wind. It comes in four signals and is increased based on the number of the signal. In signal number one preschoolers don't have to attend class, and in signal number two highschoolers and elementary students also don't have to attend class. Typhoon is also the cause of some deaths and accidents.
