Solve the following by substitution: 2x + 3y = 3
4x = 12y -3

So:
2x + 3y = 3
6y - 3/2 + 3y = 3
9y = 9/2
y = 1/2

So:
2x = 6(1/2)   - 3/2

x = 3/4
