The Basic Equipments That Can Help Us Prevent Risk During Snorkeling
Mask - A mask helps to keep water out of a diver's nose, which is nice. However, the primary purpose of a scuba mask is to allow a diver to clearly focus his eyes.
Snorkel - A snorkel, in its most basic form, is a plastic tube that allows a person to breathe with his face submerged a few inches below the water.
Snorkeling Fins - You need fins for snorkeling because they allow you to swim efficiently without over-exerting yourself. They give you the power to overcome currents and waves, and the control to navigate around coral and wildlife. In some cases, fins will also give you a bit of extra buoyancy.
Snorkeling Vest - A snorkel vest is a useful snorkel gear accessory especially for people who use to struggle with buoyancy control or getting tired easily while swimming. Although it is not a life-saving device but an important safety item that can make adult and kids feel more confident in the water.
Skin Protection - It is important to use this because of the UV ray that can cause skin cancer. Since the swimmer spend alot of time open on the sun this is useful to protect you againts UV rays.
Swimming Cap - They can give good protection from the water when pulled down low over the ears. Most competitive swimmers use a latex swim cap because they provide good hydrodynamics.
Mask Defogger - With a clean mask the moisture sheets down and collects at the bottom instead of fogging. Moisture also can attach to the microscopic imperfections in the glass. That is why anti-fog, baby shampoo or spit works.
