1. They are much like the olden-time people where they use carts and animals as transportation.
2. The people at the back may be lovers and the person in front is like the driver.
3. They might be going to a very important place given by their choice of clothing.
4. I do not know if you ever rode a cart like this but I can give you an option:

Option 1: Yes, it was very fun and interesting to ride on. I was very anxious at first but it was fun strolling on a cart like that.

Option 2: No, I haven’t had the chance to ride one but I am very much curious and interested to ride one someday in the future.

5. Given from the drawing, I think the guy is in fact, in love with the girl given the ways he looked the girl while riding the cart.
