• ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE AND USED SAFE TOOLS,EQUIPMENT, AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED THE EQUIPMENTS MAINTENANCE.

• EMPLOYERS MUST HAVE RESPONSIBLE, AND CONCERN TO THE WORKERS AS TO GUIDE THEM AND DEMONSTRATE ALL THE WORKING PROCEDURES APPLICABLE IN THE WORKING SITE AS GUIDING THEM IN PROPPER HANDLING OF TOOLS/EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDE FIRST AID KIT
