The issue here was that the EMPLOYER (SUPERVISOR) don't take full responsibilities to the EMPLOYEE (MANNY)
the SUPERVISOR must be obligated to ensure the health and safety of MANNY.
• THEY'RE RESPONSIBLE & OBLIGATED TO ENSURE & PROVIDE A WORKPLACE FREE FROM SERIOUS RECOGNIZABLE HAZARDS AND COMPLY WITH STANDARDS RULES & REGULATIONS ISSUED UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR {WORKERS RIGHTS & PROTECTION}
• THEY'RE OBLIGATED TO EXAMINE THE WORKPLACE CONDITIONS TO MAKE SURE THEY CONFORM TO APPLICABLE WORK STANDARDS.
• ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE AND USED SAFE TOOLS,EQUIPMENT, AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED THE EQUIPMENTS MAINTENANCE.
• EMPLOYERS MUST HAVE RESPONSIBLE, AND CONCERN TO THE WORKERS AS TO GUIDE THEM AND DEMONSTRATE ALL THE WORKING PROCEDURES APPLICABLE IN THE WORKING SITE AS GUIDING THEM IN PROPPER HANDLING OF TOOLS/EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDE FIRST AID KIT
