Font color - it is used to change or choose the color for a word/statement. It is sometimes used to convey, emphasize or highlight an important part of the text.

2. Font size - it is for the size of the text. You can choose how large the characters displayed on a screen or printed on a page will be.

3. Page break - are used to end a page without filling it with text.

4. Table - is a grid of cells arranged in rows and columns. Tables are useful for various tasks such as presenting text information and numerical data. In Word, you can create a blank table, convert text to a table, and apply a variety of styles and formats to existing tables.

5. Shapes -You can add shapes, such as boxes, circles, and arrows, to your documents, email messages, slide shows, and spreadsheets. To add a shape, click Insert, click Shapes, select. To add a shape, click Insert, click Shapes, select a shape, and then click and drag to draw the shape.

6. Page border - In Microsoft Word, a page border gives a border around the page or a border around the text on the page. To add border,Select the paragraph text you want to format.Click the Home tab.Click the Borders and Shading button arrow, and then click to select the border commands to add or remove a border.

7. Page color - it is to change the background or color of the page.To change the page color, open your document in Word 2013. Click the Design tab at the top of the window. Click the Page Color button in the Page Background section at the right side of the navigational ribbon.Select the color that you want to use for your page background.

8. Chart - is a tool you can use to communicate data graphically. Including a chart in your document can allow your reader to see the meaning behind the numbers, and it can make showing comparisons and trends easier.

9. Blank page -A blank page is a page which does not have any text or any other content over it. This chapter will also make you understand how to delete a blank page from your Microsoft Word document.

10. Smart art - allows you to communicate information with graphics instead of just using text. There are a variety of styles to choose from, which you can use to illustrate many different types of ideas.
