1. Open the Word document that you want to insert arrows.
2.There is "Insert" tab at the top of the word document.
3.Hit the "Illustrations" tab and there you can see the "Shapes" to get the work done.
4.Click "Line and Connectors" option to access the type of shape i.e. arrow.
